Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client accounts in QuickBooks Online and Gusto Payroll.
Perform bank reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Troubleshoot QuickBooks Online issues and assist clients with system navigation.
Leverage your knowledge of S-corporation accounting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification preferred).
Proven experience with S-corporation bookkeeping and accounting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
