Well-established, reputable Marin County Construction Company seeks highly qualified Site Superintendent for immediate work in Marin county. Project is ready to go and needs an experienced, qualified super with modern building expertise. Applicant must possess a minimum of ten (10+) plus years experience managing all aspects residential construction with range of $3m to $8m project scope. Applicant must be able to efficiently construct, organize, direct, control the quality of construction, and be able to meet the budgets and schedules for the project.
NO relocation assistance is available we need someone with Bay Area building knowledge.
Our expectations: You can drive a project, manage subcontractors, use software/technology on a daily basis, communicate clearly, and have the know how for custom home building.
