Alvarado Tile Stone and Showroom Inc. is looking for a Multi Project Manager

Qualifications:

Previous experience is a Must!

Team player, excellent attitude and pleasant personality is required

Reviews job specifications and blueprints to determine construction requirements and communicate this information to all relevant parties assigned to the job site

Understands material and equipment needs for projects and coordinates their delivery at each phase of the project.

Coordinates and supervises all activities and keeps project managers and General Contractors informed as changes occur in the field to ensure deadlines.

Conducts regular quality inspections of trade work, determines that installments are per job specifications, and makes corrections when necessary

Consistently monitors performance and provides feedback to the project manager

Manages Change Orders for Projects

Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications

Promotes job safety, encourages safe work practices, performs safety meetings and rectifies job site hazards immediately

Produces and retains field reports and documentation.

Supervises completion of punch lists, closes out all job sites, files notes, and documentation

Maintains an organized and clean job site

Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees

Able to manage multiple projects, prepare schedules and supervise project completion

Maintains composure, professionalism and objectivity in difficult situations and effectively resolves conflicts without escalating tension

Demonstrates confidence in spotting construction productivity issues and taking action to resolve them before the project is negatively impacted

Ability to oversee manpower coordination and communicate effectively with management, design professionals, project team, and clients

Must be proficient in reading and understanding plans, specifications, drawings and project schedules

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrates professionalism, able to meet deadlines and works well under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Compensation: Competitive wages paid based on experience

We offer a full time position, 40 hrs. vacation time; 40 hrs. sick pay; 50% Kaiser medical insurance.

Must have a CA valid Driver License and pristine driving record. Must be Clean at the job site, Fluent in English.
