We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to fill a dual-role position as Project Manager / Purchasing Agent in our fast-paced plumbing company. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands the construction and plumbing trades, and can manage project coordination, procurement, and communication with vendors and teams with confidence.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Working knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, tools, and installation processes.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Competence in construction administrative processes (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Dropbox, and PDF editing tools.
Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing processes.
Basic math skills and comfort working with percentages and quantities.
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
Comfortable working in an ever-changing construction environment
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in the construction or plumbing trades.
Prior role in project management or purchasing within the trades.
Knowledge of contractor supply websites and vendor platforms.
Drug Testing, Physical and Background checks are required.
