Job requirements:
Process POs from issuance to delivery.
Process Invoices for payment and monthly reports.
Maintain communications with customers through phone and emails.
Interact with our China-based factory operations.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Entry Level Trainee.
Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) or Spanish required
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Strong phone and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with strong initiative and good problem-solving skills.
Customer service experience helpful.
