Full-Time Receptionist needed at family-owned car repair shop
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist for our car repair shop. Key duties include answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and handle inquiries
- Manage appointment calendar
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle payment transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or administrative experience (automotive industry a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills in English; Spanish-speaking is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Location: Castro Valley, CA
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: Competitive hourly wage ($17 - $23 per hour)
Training: On-the-job training provided
