Guest Service Agents accommodate guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests. Other tasks include assisting management in ensuring the quality of the hotel remains high, through room checks, folding laundry, etc. The main responsibility of a front desk agent is to meet the needs of all guests staying with the hotel and providing any necessary services to ensure a customer's satisfaction.

4. Must be able to work from either 6:30am to 2:30pm, 2:30pm to 10:30pm, or 10:30pm to 6:30am (We are hiring for all three shifts)
5. We are a 24/7 365 day operation and you must be willing to work holidays
