Collaborate with fellow educators to share resources and strategies for effective teaching.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of literacy education principles and classroom management strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with linguistics is a plus.
Experience in lesson planning and implementing effective teaching strategies.
Ability to conduct research on educational practices and apply findings in the classroom.
Previous experience in academic advising or mentoring is advantageous.
