In-Home Educator

Seeking a Mother’s Helper for my wife with a love for fostering creativity and learning. We have three young children under the age of six, as well as a new baby, and we could use some extra hands. We are looking for someone motherly, not a college student, as our family has been through a lot since the fires and needs someone emotionally mature and very grounded. Most of the sitter websites are university students, so no need to guide me there. We have a large property and would want someone who enjoys being outdoors with little ones. An educator of various sorts would be most welcome to add to our homeschooling foundation, but is not required. This is not a nanny position - Mom is present and active in the rhythm of the home. We are looking to Village our children and prioritize connection and warmth over childcare expertise. Pay is very open for the right candidate and schedule is flexible. Ideally someone located in or familiar with the Santa Cruz Mountains. Thanks in advance!
