Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team for a part time position co-teaching. The ideal candidate will have 12 ECE units, growth mindset, and experience working with children. The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner who possesses a passion for education.

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with a co-teacher to develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Teach engaging lessons that bring joy to the students and enrich their lives.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Utilize teaching methods that cater to different learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress with notes and periodic conferences.
- Collaborate with the whole teaching team to enhance the educational experience.
- Incorporate play-based principles into daily activities.
Skills:
- Curriculum development.
