Your Role: We are on the lookout for a Preschool Head Teacher/Teachers who is as passionate about instilling joy in learning as we are. If you’re someone who is responsible, energetic, caring, flexible, and brimming with creative teaching methods, you’re the perfect fit for our family!
Qualifications:
Head Teacher position:
A degree in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Certificate (AMS or AMI).
12 ECE units and currently engaged in Montessori training.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as a lead teacher in the toddler or primary classroom.
Displays strong classroom leadership and critical thinking skills.
Highly organized, curriculum and classroom management skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Teacher / Substitute Teacher position:
A minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education Units OR 6 units w/current enrollment in ECE classes.
Montessori training or training in progress, and/or previous working experience in a Montessori environment (preferred).
Will provide a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where a child's potential to learn and explore is maximized.
