Our Sunnyvale location is seeking Program Instructor focused on delivering the highest quality programming and personal care for each man and woman we serve.
To be successful in this environment having experience working with men and women with developmental disabilities is a plus but not essential.

AIM HIGHER is an Adult Day Program that uses a Fabulous Five Component Model to help the men and women we serve develop skills in areas of interest to them.
Program Instructors work together in the delivery of curriculum in the Fabulous Five Components:
- Functional Education
- Life Skills
- Arts & Expression
- Community Access
- Vocational (Job Skills & Readiness)
In addition to curriculum delivery all team members must be able to provide hands on care, assistance and support to men and women who require more extensive support.
Areas of help include:
- hand over hand assistance with projects
- assistance with eating
- assistance with toileting
- assistance with mobility
- any other areas that ensure the highest quality of care for those we serve
Starting schedule is 6-8 hours per day Monday through Friday in between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and the starting wage is $19.00 per hour.
Benefits are available after 60 days for full time employees.
