Position:

This position will assist the designers by participating in client meetings, drafting designs, and making alterations as requested by clients. If you have hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and are familiar with the building processes, we would love to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create beautiful, functional, and well-designed homes that meet our clients' needs.

Duties:

- Have a comprehensive understanding of architectural plans and details, with the ability to draft and manipulate them as needed.

Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings. Understand architectural redlines to create and revise documents efficiently.

- Create, coordinate, revise, and maintain project design, production, and documentation throughout all project phases (from pre-design through permitting and interior finishes).

- Prepare 3D models and visualizations.

- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the architectural team, interior team, and clients.

- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

- Prepare and review schematic designs for code and program compliance in coordination with the project team.

- Check drawing for accuracy, compliance, and constructability. Review and correct inconsistencies or errors.

- Prepare documentation for permit application and approvals.

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Proficient in ArchiCAD

- Understanding of residential construction

- Attention to detail

- Quick learning, self-motivated, and proactive

- Good Communication

- Strong organization and time-management abilities

- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Comfortable working independently and making decisions

- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced collaboration setting

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
