Adagy Robotics (https://www.adagyrobotics.com/) is searching for robot rescuers to join our team! We are hoping to find people to teleoperate robots through our web-based interface. When a robot reaches an error state, you will drive the robot manually until it can resume autonomous operations. There are multiple types of robots operating in different scenarios with unique goals/tasks we will train you on each robot type that you are expected to operate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is excited about robotics, and wants to have a direct impact on making robots operate reliably! We are an early stage startup, and you will shape the growth of the company by giving direct input on how we can improve the teleoperation interface.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in and passion for robotics, and a desire to help robots succeed!
- Able to work in person for an 8 hour shift
- Able to pass a background check
- Comfortable working with a computer
- Dependable person
- Strong communication skills
- Good spatial and conceptual reasoning skills
Desired:
- Experience operating or driving robots in the past
- Experience playing video games
- Someone who is excited to help improve the teleoperation interface. We’re an early stage startup and really value having operator feedback for the driving interface.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (hours vary, typically 6am-3pm), in-person shifts.
Bi-Weekly pay periods
Paid competitively at an hourly rate.
