Little Sky Bakery, a local, artisan bakery in Menlo Park is looking for a skilled baker to join our team in a part-time capacity.
This role participates in all aspects of production and baking for of wide product line, including naturally leavened breads and baked goods as well as cookies, cakes and pastries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report directly to the shift leader and readily follows direction provided
Reliably and accurately follow recipe sheets and production processes according to bakery standards
Properly clean and maintain all baking equipment, tools, and workspaces to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
Work efficiently and dynamically
Maintain focus and care when working
Stay updated with new recipes and baking techniques
Regularly check products for quality, texture, taste, and visual appeal.
Effectively follow health and safety rules (must hold a Food Handler Card)
Job Types: Part-time
Pay Range: $18 to $22 per hour
Friday and Saturday availability required
