Part-Time :
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
Job Responsibilities
Preparing drinks efficiently to industry standards
Taking orders for drinks as well as food
When appropriate, giving recommendations to customers regarding beverages that go well with appetizers, entrees, and desserts
Entering orders into the POS
Maintaining a knowledge of drinks and food menus
Collecting and processing payments
Maintain a clean and sterile work area
Standing and walking around for hours at a time
Lifting and carrying over 20 lbs
Job Requirements
Must be 21 years or older
At least 1 year experience as a bartender
Must be proficient in mixology with at least a basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
Must have some experience with a POS system
Must have ServSafe CA Food Handler Certification or willing to get certified
Must be friendly and personable
Must have excellent communications skills and be fluent in English
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to provide or complete CA Food Handler Certification and renew as necessary
Must be able to provide or completed RBS Certification and renew as necessary
