Breadbelly is a fast paced fast causal take out cafe serving high quality food in a service oriented environment. We hold each employee to a high standard and expect professionalism and respect.
DAYS OF OPERATION: 6 days a week, closed Tuesdays.
Breadbelly is looking for an AM Baker.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Baker and Viennoiserie
- primarily responsible for portioning/shaping dough, dough-making, bread proofing & bake-off, and lamination
- this is an enriched bread program (milk breads, enriched doughs, danish doughs, croissants)
- each team member of Breadbelly is cross trained
- team members are expected to help in all aspects of the establishment to the best of their ability
- experience is welcomed
- willing to train the right individuals with hospitality experience over a training period.
WORK HOURS:
5:15am-1:45pm + overtime hours are available depending on work load.
Candidate must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
PAY: $22- 26 per hour (includes tips)

This is a great position for a person who has dough-making experience, and wishes to practice lamination skills. The ideal candidate must be willing to get cross-trained with tasks other than their primary responsibilities. This position entails providing assistance to producing pastries, as well. We wish for our new team member to desire to better themselves daily - enjoys balance and structure inside and outside of work.
