Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes following set recipes and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Ensure food preparation meets food safety standards - Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies - Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Requirements - Previous experience in a culinary role is preferred - Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Understanding of food safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Certification from a culinary school is a plus
