It's the worst time of year to look for management, yet here we are. Orchard City Kitchen is in operation for 10 years and for each year, we were honored with Michelin Recognition as Bib Gourmand winner. We are a highly seasonal restaurant featuring small plate dining. The menu changes fast. The pace is fast. Food from the kitchen comes out fast. We are fun. We are serious about product and product knowledge. We want our guests to experience tasty food and create their own little tasting/sharing menu. What you can dream of, can hit the menu - super soigne - OK - OR - super easy -1,2,3 - OK. It's our menu. The food can be global. Flavors we are not scared of. A spike of acid, a hit of heat - OK, it's fine. As CDC, you would work with Chef Michael and the Sous Chefs on keeping our restaurant at a high quality. Possible duties would include scheduling, ordering, invoicing, quality control, line-ups, teaching, HR compliance and sanitation. After ten years in business, this is a good place to work.
