SAUTE COOK & DISHWASHER
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School secundaria licenciatura o equivalente con un mínimo de tres a cinco (3-5) años de experiencia de cocinero de línea en un rápido ritmo, entorno de alto volumen.
COCINERO Debe poseer: fuerte profundidad culinaria del conocimiento incluyendo carne de porciones, ingredientes y cocción métodos (saltear, estofar, freir, guiso, asar); experiencia previa con el tiempo y temperatura de asar carnes.
The successful cook must possess strong culinary depth of knowledge including meat portioning, cooking methods (sauté, braise, fry, stew, broil), ingredients. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length. Must be able to reach, bend, kneel and frequently lift up to fifty (50) pounds. Must also be able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
