Responsibilities:
Learning and demostrating knowledge of the menu
Preparing a variety of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
Side work: polishing, restocking etc.
Must:
Be friendly and personable
Love to meet new people and learn about our guests
Appreciate good food
Efficient, fast learner with the ability to multitask
Have availability for both nights and weekends, some holidays
