Summary:
The Floor team ensures a welcoming dining experience by seating guests, running food and drinks, bussing tables, and keeping the dining room clean and organized.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and thank guests warmly.
Seat parties, manage table flow, and enforce time limits politely.
Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly.
Bus, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
Communicate with cashier about table availability.
Keep dining area tidy and stocked (water station, silverware, napkins).
Handle spills, hazards, and guest needs promptly.
Assist with cleaning and closing duties.
Qualifications / Skills:
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is necessary.
Knowledge of POS systems (Toast experience a plus).
Reliable, efficient, and attentive to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork attitude.
