We are seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Manager and Assistant Manager/Floor Sommelier to join our team at Oenotri in downtown Napa. Candidates must have at least 2 years of restaurant and management experience, strong leadership skills, and extensive wine knowledge. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, training staff, managing reservations, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The Assistant Manager will also serve as a Floor Sommelier, guiding guests in wine selections as well as stocking and organizing the wine cellar. Full availability, including nights, weekends, and. holidays, is required.
