A well-established 47-seat chef-driven restaurant in Los Gatos is seeking a talented and passionate FOH Leader. Our concept blends a California farm-to-table menu with nostalgic Eastern European flavors, paired exclusively with California-made beverages.
HOURS
Dinner: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Tuesday – closed
Wednesday – closed
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining establishments(we are looking for a professional who worked at places like ours or better);
- Experience in the managment role is a pluse;
- Strong knowledge of different types of ingredients and beverages;
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Certification or training in sommelier studies is a plus;
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS
- Authorized to work in the US;
- California Food Handler Card;
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate;
- Willingness to obtain a Hospitality/Beverage Specialist Certificate.
