Foreign Cinema restaurant is looking for a bright and friendly person to fill the role as our Reservationist and host. Weekend availability is a must.
Please do not apply if you do not have availability on Saturday and Sunday.
Must be computer savvy, have good writing skills, be very organized, have excellent phone and people skills. OpenTable experience is a big plus.
Duties include:
- Answering phones, checking messages, confirming reservations
- Daily menu printing
- Responding to guest questions via phone call and email
- Greeting guests who arrive for appointments during the day
- Organizing invoices and other documents
- Booking and cancelling reservations using OpenTable Management software
- Using OpenTable to configure table assignments as needed based on reservation requests, changes and cancellations
- Maintaining a clean and organized office and work space
- Assisting staff with work-related needs (locker, pay checks, food handler certification, etc)
Compensation will be according to experience.
We are seeking a self-motivated, professional, and reliable person for this position. Please be able to multi-task, stay organized, and excel under pressure in a full and dynamic office.
