We provide vibrant entertainment, food and drink experiences in the heart of San Francisco. We are looking of ran enthusiastic, hands-on, General Manager (entry-level) to lead our team and ensure our guests leave happy.

Position Overview:

The General Manager will be the cornerstone of daily operations. This role includes overseeing front and back-of-house activities, maintaining high standards of service, managing P&L and creating a welcoming environment for both staff and guests. The is an entry-level position.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in management or related field (university senior student ok). This is an entry-level position.

Excellent organization skills

Extroverted and engaged personality

Strong technical skills. This is a tech heavy position, requiring management of two POS systems along with payroll and inventory applications

Strong understanding of utilizing social media to promote business

Strong understanding of financial analysis

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Some bar tending experience is helpful but not necessary

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Train and oversee all front-of-house staff to provide top-notch customer service and a friendly atmosphere

Coordinate shift management and maintain adequate staffing during peak hours

Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed

Execute payroll duties accurately and manage administrative tasks to keep the on track

Foster a positive and happy work environment, leading by example and ensuring team moral is high

Keep a sharp eye on inventory, maintaining proper stock levels while effectively managing COGS

Utilize POS systems for order processing and cash handling

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly

Compensation:

$70,500 annually
