We’re looking for a motivated Flat Top Grill Cook to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced kitchen work and takes pride in making great food.
Skilled and reliable cook needed for a fast-paced kitchen
Grill meats and prepare sandwiches/burgers on a flat top grill
Maintain a clean, organized workstation at all times
Work quickly and accurately during busy rush periods
Multitasking and attention to detail are essential
Prior grill/kitchen experience preferred, but a great attitude and strong work ethic matter most
What We’re Looking For

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Experience with flat top grills or kitchen equipment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary roles preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if needed
Dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not mandatory
