We are a small independent restaurant and bar that features several evenings of live music and DJ entertainment. We are a mom & pop style venue looking to develop and retain new talent. We seek to promote and cross train whenever possible. Several open positions are currently available. CB&G has operated in it's San Francisco location for over seventeen years. Over that time we have demonstrated a history of developing qualified employees' skill sets. This enables our staff to follow their passions and interests within our industry and beyond.
Cigar Bar & Grill is a legacy establishment that has deep roots in the San Francisco (Jackson Square) community we retain many loyal devotees. Our establishment is located in one of the oldest and most beautiful neighborhoods of the city, the old Barbary Coast. We are situated in between North Beach, Chinatown and the Downtown financial district.
Our ideal candidates are seasoned industry professionals with experience in casual, fine dining or volume establishments. However, we are willing to train motivated individuals who are looking to join the restaurant industry from other career paths. You will be working closely with restaurant managers and staff in the overall development of the food and beverage operations of the restaurant. This is a team focused operation. Every team member contributes to problem solving and generating fresh ideas for the smooth operation of the business. We are looking for individuals who thrive in an ever changing and challenging environment. We are seeking those candidates that bring infectious positivity and teamwork to their workplace. Our management style is collaborative rather than restrictive. We are looking for hard working problem solvers with energetic attitudes and outlooks. We are looking to build an impeccable team. Shifts include weekday and weekend nights. We offer a full bar and an impeccable scratch kitchen menu as well as revamped happy hour, all of which add to our current refresh.

SERVER (Weekends and Evenings)
Servers typically host and sell cigars at the humidor one shift per week
We also cross-train staff interested in bartending
The open shifts are WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY (some Tuesdays for large private events)
Typically 4pm-midnight
CBG is closed Mon
