Michelin-Starred 7 Adams, helmed by husband-and-wife chef duo David Fisher and Serena Chow Fisher, is the latest concept from the Hi Neighbor Hospitality Group (The Vault Steakhouse, The Vault Garden, Trestle, Mama Oakland, The Madrigal, Jack & Remi Ice Cream, Launch Pad Coffee & Ice Cream).

7 Adams offers a culinary journey that transforms the familiar flavors into well crafted and visually stimulating dishes. A deeply personal project, the restaurant honors the spaces where Chef/Owner David Fisher’s desire to cook first took root, its name referencing his childhood home in Upstate New York. David's cooking style is characterized by simplicity, precise execution, elegant plating, and an element of surprise achieved through unexpected textures and hidden elements. Pastry Chef/Owner Serena Chow Fisher has worked pastry in some of the best kitchens in the world such as Eleven Madison Park and offers her own unique interpretations of classic desserts. She was named Esquire's best new pastry chef in 2021 and strives to deliver an experience which she defines as "precise, not pretentious". See some our recent press:
