Millennium, a fine dining plant based restaurant, seeks experienced morning prep cook.
4 shifts per week. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. There is some flexibility, but Tuesday and Saturday are a must.
Shift: 9:30 - 5:30
Position entails: checking in produce, help organizing the walkin, breaking down vegetables, production with items that vary such as tamales, arancini, savory pastry purses, preparing some sauces, breaking down and storage of finished product.
Candidate: team player, can follow directions, good knife skills, neat and organized, works with a sense of urgency, can lift 50 lbs.
Prefer that you have your own knives, we provide all other smallware.
Starting at 21-22 per hour, plus tips additional 2-3 per hour
