Americana Sebastopol is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher with prep cook ability to join our kitchen team. If you take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and moving smoothly behind the scenes and enjoy supporting a from-scratch, farm-to-table kitchen, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
+ Keep the dish station clean, organized, and running efficiently
+ Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
+ Assist with basic food prep as needed (washing, chopping, portioning)
+ Support the kitchen team with stocking, organization, and closing tasks
+ Help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment
What we’re looking for:
+ Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
+ Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
+ Prep experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
Weekend availability REQUIRED
