Job Description:
As a Part-Time Cookie Crew Member at Mrs. Fields, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a memorable experience. Your main responsibilities will include baking and decorating cookies, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals who are excited to be part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Bake, decorate, and prepare cookies and other food items according to Mrs. Fields recipes and standards.
Provide excellent customer service, greet customers warmly, offer them samples and assist them with their orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the kitchen and cleaning areas.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Stock display cases with freshly baked goods.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Be enthusiastic and have a good attitude.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to multitask effectively, stay organized, and work with limited supervision.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
