Piccino Bartender - Dogpatch Location
Looking for an experienced Lead Bartender who embodies professionalism, hospitality, and expertise in cocktail creation. Needs to have previous experience leading a team in day to day operations . In this position, you'll support the Team & Beverage Director in creating innovative cocktails, training and mentoring the bar team, managing inventory, and cultivating a positive culture for both employees and guests. Potential growth as the organization grows!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide an experience to our customers that displays warmth and hospitality – expertly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the Beverage Director on cocktail creation, ensure consistent drink quality, and maintain high hospitality standards.
Help lead, mentor, and develop the bar team through ongoing training, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment.
Oversee daily bar operations, support inventory control, and help keep operational tools such as shift checklists, recipes, and training materials up to date.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism. Set a high standards for the team, inspiring pride in their work and adherence to Piccino values and principles.
