Amara Restaurant is seeking PM line cooks.
The cuisine is Mediterranean fine dining concept revolving around small plates and sharable large plates.
The kitchen is brand new built up from the studs for our purpose.
This is not a casual Falafel place and we do not serve wraps and fries and such.
This is a serious food operation seeking serious people.
We are only interested in career minded cooks who care about the food they put out and focus on a continuous improvement mindset.
You will need to be willing and able to work a full 40+ hour week with interest, energy and focus. We will not hire people who cannot work before 3pm. While I do understand the need to for some to work two jobs if you want to work here this will need to be your primary job.
Future restaurants are planned so there is room for growth and advancement for the right person within the organization.
The ability to communicate in English (without a translator) is preferred.
