THE ROLE

As a Prem Cook, You focus on preparing ingredients for chefs by washing, chopping, measuring, blending, and preparing items like cut salad mixes, blending sauces, making hummus, cooking lentil stew, baking bread, assembling pastries, ensuring all food is ready for service while maintaining strict kitchen hygiene, organization, and precision, following recipes, and safety standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

–– Maintain our high standards for food quality and presentation

–– Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

–– Execute healthy and gluten-free pastries, sweets, salads, and other innovative vegetable-forward dishes

–– Learn and execute fermentation techniques for various produce
