-Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
-Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately
-Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
-Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements:
Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants preferred
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage pairings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
POS system /basic math skills
Experience serving private events -dinners
