SERVICE/SHIFTS/PAY
Server with good cocktail experience & skills.
3-4 shifts per week (Weekend lunch or dinner required).
Pay….$19.18 hourly plus $25-$35 per hour in tips.
EXPERIENCE
Serving experience - 2 years minimum.
Bartending experience - cocktails ½ year minimum.
REQUIREMENTS
Age - 21 years or older.
Strong serving skills & great customer service.
Good knowledge of cocktails & spirits.
Able to multi-task & handle a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent teamwork communication & participation.
Willing to pitch in and help with other tasks occasionally.
Enthusiastic, hardworking & dependable.
Familiar with Toast POS system or similar.
Current RBS & Food Handler Certifications.
Maintain a high level of restaurant & personal hygiene.
Able to stand, walk, lift & serve for extended periods of time.

ITW is a popular 4 star casual new American grill & bar restaurant on busy College Ave. We have a liquor and beer & wine license. We have 10 bar seats & 50 dining seats inside and 28 patio seats outside. In The Wood opened 8 years ago & survived Covid! Our menu varies from burgers, sandwiches, pizzas & salads to ceviche, pasta primavera, grilled salmon and steak frites. We serve special/classic cocktails, craft beers & sustainable wines. We are open for lunch & dinner 7 days a week.
