Rise Woodfire, a brand-new 300-seat restaurant in the heart of Santa Clara, is looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to help lead our dynamic team and create an exceptional dining experience for our guests! You will have the opportunity to play a role in both management while still taking and earning tips. Our Shift Supervisors get the best shifts and hours as they are core employees considered both managers and senior servers.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and inspire a team of servers, cooks, and hosts to deliver top-tier service
Handle guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met
Manage shift schedules, inventory, and financials
Qualifications:
2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere
A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
