We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage our vocational café program. We are looking for an immediate start date, we are redesigning the space for a reopening in early January and need our manager to train alongside our cafe staff.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Café/restaurant management experience one year or more as an assistant manager or general manager of a cafe, caterer, or restaurant. Experience in inventory, staff scheduling, and food handling is a must.
Life or work experience with disabilities
A passion for mentoring young adults in a supportive environment
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Café Manager will oversee daily operations of the café, ensure high-quality service, and work closely with the Head of Vocational Programs to teach our students essential skills for working in a café setting.
