Millennium, a fine dining plant based restaurant seeks Pastry Production Assistant
Looking for pastry cook with production experience, working knowledge of vegan baking, from chocolate work to ice cream. Knowledge of how to set up plated desserts. Knowledge of vegan baking products and replacements for dairy and eggs. Candidate is a team player, can follow direction and give direction, organized and efficient. Candidate will collaborate with the chef and second pastry cook to create 3 spectacular desserts for our menu.
This is a full time position 9am - 5pm Tuesday - Saturday with the ability to pick up more hours during holidays and special events. We are dinner service only.
