Caregivers needed in GILROY. Starting Immediately.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide exceptional care for seniors in their homes. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of elderly clients.
Hours are Monday to Friday - 10AM to 4PM
DUTIES:
- Engage with the client through companionship and emotional support to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.
- Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication management, and toileting if needed.
- Engage with the client through companionship and emotional support to promote mental stimulation and over-all well being.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs.
- Maintain cleanliness in resident living areas, including laundry and housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor client's health and report any changes in condition to the agency Manager.
- Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times.
- Assist in daily ambulation as needed.
