12 Bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly looking for a Night Shift Caregiver.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and attentive NOC Caregiver to provide overnight supervision and care, ensure resident safety, and respond calmly to residents’ needs during evening and early morning hours.
Responsibilities:
Provide overnight supervision and safety checks
Assist residents with nighttime ADLs (changing depends/toileting, repositioning, mobility)
Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly
Monitor and document tasks performed and any changes in condition
Ensure residents are comfortable and secure throughout the night
Housekeeping and preparation for morning shift
Communicate important updates to incoming day staff
Qualifications:
Caregiving or overnight care experience preferred (RCFE experience a plus)
Calm, dependable, and observant
Able to work independently during overnight hours
Must pass background check and TB clearance
CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
