We are a patient-centered, fast-paced oral surgery practice with locations in San Leandro and Concord, CA, seeking an Experienced Oral Surgery Assistant to join our team. If you are dependable, compassionate, and skilled in surgical assisting, we’d love to meet you!
Position: Oral Surgery Assistant (Full-Time)
What We’re Looking For:
Required: Prior dental assisting experience (oral surgery experience strongly preferred)
Required: Ability to travel between our San Leandro and Concord locations
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish, Strong communication and patient-care skills, Professional, organized, and team-oriented, Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures, sterilization, patient education, and post-op care
Responsibilities: Assist the surgeon during oral surgery procedures, Prepare treatment rooms and instruments, Take radiographs (X-ray certification a plus), Provide pre- and post-operative instructions, Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment, Support front office tasks when needed
