NOW HIRING:

Foreman for Utility Locating

PAY: $71.16/hr (base + benefits rate)

$41.25/hr (non-exempt) during probationary period

$71.16/hr (base + union benefits rate) after probationary period and joining the Laborers Union Local 261.

Union benefits include vacation, medical, pension, and training. EXARO is willing to train a good and responsible candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The project foreman shall be the primary communications contact for the project client, inspectors, and all other agencies and or interested parties while on site. They identify and delegate tasks to the Technician and are responsible for the accuracy of the field data. In the absence of a principal superintendent, the Foreman is the site safety officer in charge. Should any hazards or risk arise, the foreman is responsible addressing and notifying the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience with Vacuum Excavating (potholing) or Water/Gas/Sewer/Storm Drain pipe installation.

Good leadership skills

Experience driving a flatbed truck

Valid CA Drivers License and a clean driving record
