We are currently seeking a dynamic Groundskeeper to join our team at Metropolitan Education District.
Sample Responsibilities
Cultivates, waters and trims lawns, shrubs, hedges and trees and general landscaping
Must be able to use, operate and maintain landscaping equipment
May assist in the installation and repair of sprinkler systems
Assists in the planting, transplanting and fertilizing of plants and shrubs
Removes weeds, undergrowth and debris from school grounds and drains
Requirements:
One year prior relevant work experience involving gardening, nursery work, or grounds
maintenance, and demonstrated ability to operate light-duty grounds equipment
preferred.
