Salary: $30 - $40 per hour (based on experience)

Lead Installer
Service Technician
Position 1: Lead Installer
As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing HVAC system installations from start to finish. You will work closely with other installers and be the go-to person for technical guidance. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are a must!
Position 2: Service Technician
Our Service Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems. A great opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and directly with customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:
Lead Installer:
5+ years of HVAC installation experience
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to install residential and commercial HVAC systems
EPA Certification (preferred)
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Service Technician:
3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
EPA Certification (preferred)
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
