We are a well-established flooring business in San Rafael looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and offload flooring shipments
Organize and stage materials for installer pickups each morning
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas
Monitor and restock store supplies as needed
Make local deliveries to customers using company vehicle
Perform cleaning duties including showroom, offices, bathrooms, and warehouse
Assist with general facilities upkeep and support team as needed
Qualifications:
Must enjoy helping people & working with animals.
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 75 lbs)
Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
Previous warehouse experience and specifically forklift operation is required
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
