Duties include discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, managing a litigation calendar, settlement negotiations, mediations, and supervising case managers. This opportunity is ideal for someone who’s ready to take their career to the next level. This is a fully remote position. Attorney need not live in California, but must have California Bar license and be in good standing.
