Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of California
3 to 10 years of litigation experience
Exceptional analytical skills
Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability and willingness to collaborate with staff and colleagues at all levels

A willingness to travel as necessary.
Responsibilities
Caseload management from file intake through trial in collaboration with supervising partner
Legal research and writing
Preparing and arguing motions
Regularly handle court appearances
Preparing for and conducting depositions
Drafting and propounding discovery
Time tracking and management
Trial preparation
