We are a growing and dynamic business law firm conveniently located near SJC airport. We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to lead our litigation practice!
Responsibilities include:
Represent clients in court, arbitrations or before government agencies
Interview and market to potential clients
Advise clients on litigation and settlement strategies
Conduct discoveries
Prepare and lead trials as first chair
Perform administrative and management functions as assigned by the firm, including supervising junior associates
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of previous experience in commercial litigation
First chair trial experience, especially jury trials.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
